live drummer play to a sequence by Paul Duffey
If anyone would be interested in making a live drummer play to a sequence then this is easy. ......do as follows. sequence drums and bass portions of the song to play along with the parts you want to be heard,...this will be the drummers "click track". Then take and route these tracks that you want the drummer to be hear out "1" and "2". We connect these to a headphone amp that lets him(the drummer) adjust to his preferd volume). I notice this works better than just having the drummer listen to a monitor,..staying on beat has never been a problem when we do it this way.
